Effective Meeting Tools Build Collaborative Culture contains specific strategies and tools for improving the efficiency and productivity of group members in completing work assignments through a team environment. Committees and/or teams are necessary in the work of organizational effectiveness to promote diversity and protection of minority voice; including collaboration, consensus, and completion of goals. When votes are taken during meetings, the minority voice is lost to the majority; therefore, everyone does not have a stake in the decision-making process.
This session will provide guidance on how to use four practical checklists and templates for holding meetings that result in decisions respecting diversity and protecting minority voice. The tools used through the decision-making process will support all stakeholders in developing awareness in respect and empathy for diverse viewpoints. Additionally, participants will learn how to work with others through building a healthy culture of trust to promote positive outcomes for the team
